whenever a product is chosen by a person different from the budget holder, the budgetholder gets a notification about the order. He or she can decide to approve or disregard the order. once the order is accepted, the supplier instantly receives a notification on what has to be delivered, where and when according to the conditions mentioned in the contract.
In some cases, a delivery manager has to take care of the interface between the supplier and the end user, in all other cases the order processing can take place without any human interference.
After delivery, a message will automatically be sent to the budget holder
